SHIPPING & RETURNS
We are experiencing delays due to COVID-19. We are unsure of shipping times but all products are available for shipping. Please bear with us as we try to get purchases to you as soon as we can.
Please allow between 15-45 days for your order to arrive. If more than 45 days have passed please email customer service support: email@example.com to review the status of your order. Refunds will be handled through email if necessary.
Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your order was received, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Refunds: (if applicable)
If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us, and we’ll give you a refund and information on how to return the product to us.
Late or missing refunds: (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items: (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges: (if applicable)
We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we’ll get you a new one.
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send an email to email@example.com
